I'm back!!

So, I'm giving this whole blogging thing another shot. I have a new blog with a new name...I figured that since I am no longer abroad (and have not been for the past year) I should probably find something that is a little more fitting for my current situation.

To get everyone "up to speed" so to speak, this is what's been going on in my life recently:
1) I've been working for MSGC as a research analyst for almost a year now. A few weeks ago I finally got my own office and have been in a state of bliss ever since! I no longer have to listen to my co-worker "sing" and plan out his wedding and entire future political career. I also have 3 windows....yep, 3 windows in my office!
2) I'm packing up and leaving! Well, I'm only moving about 12 miles, but still, moving nonetheless! I'm leaving my overly spacious apartment in Woodbury for a pint-sized studio apartment in St. Paul. I'll be able to walk to work and save tons of money on gas! I'm very excited about my new neighborhood! Next week I make the big move!
3) Andy has decided to attend George Washington University for law school. A few weekends ago we made a 40 hour round trip car ride to DC! <--Yep, I hear ya...and yes, we are insane. We moved Andy's entire life out there, except for clothing. August 6th is Andy's final move to DC. We are taking a train out there and spending a few days getting things arranged in his new house. It's a pretty big change for the both of us. The thought of Andy being about 1,100 miles away is still sinking in. I will miss him terribly.

Anywho, these are the three major things in my life right now, aside from eating and attempting to sleep. :D Let's hope that I can actually keep up this blog!
